Tedeschi Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico 2012

External Review by We Speak Wine:

Colour: Deep ruby with slight amber nail. Clear and transparent. Aroma: hints of vanilla and ethereal, related to the vesting period in the barrel; notes of sweet fruits like black currant, blueberry, cherry related to grape variety. Taste: robust, round and warm feeling. The wine is well balanced. The after-taste confirms the notes in the nose. It 'a long and persistent wine.

Tedeschi:
For generations, the Tedeschi family has been hand-crafting wines that represent the traditions, quality, and value of Italy's storied Valpolicella region. Today, the winery is entirely family owned and operated, and with its recent acquisition of the Maternigo vineyard, is investing in organic and biodynamic winemaking techniques.
