Miguel Torres Carmenère Curicó Valley Santa Digna Reserva 2003

Winemaker's Notes:

Wine and Food Ideal with poultry and cured cheeses. Serve at 15-16ºC and assess its development in bottle after two years. Tasting Notes Dark cherry colour with the violet gleam of a young wine. Attractive and intense aroma reminiscent of blackberry jam, with flowery hints of violets and roses. Smooth, silky and fruity palate (blackberry and pomegranate), with very soft tannins that evolve into a pleasant finish.

Don Miguel Torres:
The Torres family surname has been linked with wine for more than three centuries, during which time our ancestors have worked vineyards in Penedès, a land with a millenarian tradition of wine. Our family has been dedicated to working the land, passing on their commitment from generation to generation.
