J.Lohr Ariel Alcohol Free Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

Winemaker's Notes:

**Alcohol Free Wine** Ariel wines are made from premium grapes grown in California and they are made principally by the usual methods to produce wines with alcohol, then removing the alcohol through a unique cold filtration process before bottling. Other processes of alcohol removal, including the spinning cone method, require some form of heat evaporation process in order to remove the alcohol. Heat damages the natural flavour of the grape. This Cabernet Sauvignon offers all of the benefits of a red wine, with less than half of one - percent alcohol. Rich in color and flavor, oak-aged Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of blueberries, blackberries, black pepper and chocolate, with a hint of toasty oak, soft tannins and a dry finish. At its optimum maturity eighteen months after bottling, it can be enjoyed immediately of held for up to five to seven years before enjoying. Serve with beef, lamb, and heavily sauced pasta dishes.
