In addition, it rises to an altitude of 345 m, further benefiting from the cooling breezes found at these higher altitudes.
Its substrata is of granite, on top of which mica alternating with sand. The soil is therefore sandy and coarse. Its homogenous granite make up and excellent microclimate particularly favour the production of Riesling, Tokay Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer, the vines of which cover 57,95 hectares. Read less
