Foris Red Blend Rogue Valley Fly-Over Red 2008
Winemaker's Notes:
Saturated dark red color telegraphs that this is not a wimpy wine. Complex aromas of cocoa, mocha and concentrated black berry and cherry confirm that we are delivering some serious bang for the buck. Big flavors follow, along with a mouthful of chewy tannins that do demand some flavorful food or some more time in the bottle to mellow out. This is a big, young red that we’ve released on the early side, so give it some time or a hearty meal.
