Evening Land Pinot Noir the Tempest 2010
Winemaker's Notes:
From the "warmest" site from the cool climate vinyard in Western SRH AVA. Broken shards of shale on clay are refracted by warming sun. Aromatically, this wine is bursting with scents of wild fennel, rosemary and macerated ripe succulent fruits. The mouth feel is engaging and generous and the finish is slightly dusty with lingering notes of licorice and cloves.
