Domaine Faiveley Mazis-Chambertin Grand Cru 2012

Winemaker's Notes:

Faiveley Mazis-Chambertin Grand Cru 2012 is 100% Pinot Noir hand picked and aged for 16 to 18 months in fine grain, lightly toasted oak in nineteenth century vaulted cellars which provide ideal conditions for raising wines. On the nose, this elegant red Burgundy offers aromas of red fruit, spice and oak. On the palate, the fruit and wood continue, with supple tannins, excellent balance and a long finish. Pairs well with red meats, Beef Bourguignon, Coq au Vin and roast duck
